About our text messages
Businesses that use QueuedUp send transactional waitlist notifications by SMS. Every message is branded with the name of the business the customer joined(for example “Everlasting Elegance:”) — that business is the sender the customer consents to hear from. QueuedUp, operated by Strong Tower AI, is the platform that delivers those messages on the business’s behalf. Messages go only to customers who tick the optional, standalone SMS-consent checkbox and enter their own mobile number on that business’s join page — consent is never required to join a waitlist. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
- Message types: join confirmation, on-deck alert, your-turn alert, cancellation confirmation.
- Message frequency varies per visit. Message & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time, CANCEL to leave a specific waitlist, or HELP for help.
