Overview

QueuedUp is a digital waitlist service operated by Strong Tower AI (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you join a participating business’s waitlist and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Your first name and mobile phone number, which you provide when you join a waitlist.
• Your waitlist activity (position, join and cancel times) for the business you joined.

How we use it

We use your phone number solely to send transactional SMS about your place in line at the business whose waitlist you joined, and to operate that waitlist on the business’s behalf. We do not use it for marketing.

Text messaging & your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. We share your number only with our messaging provider (Twilio) as strictly necessary to deliver the waitlist texts you requested. You can opt out any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Data retention

We retain waitlist and contact information only as long as needed to operate the service, then delete or anonymize it.
