Program description
QueuedUp is a digital waitlist platform operated by Strong Tower AI. When you join a participating business’s waitlist, you receive transactional text messages from that businessabout your place in line — a join confirmation, an on-deck alert, a your-turn alert, and a confirmation if you leave the list. Each message is branded with the business’s name; QueuedUp delivers the messages on the business’s behalf. Messages are not marketing or promotional.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your own mobile number and ticking the standalone, optional SMS-consent checkbox on a business’s waitlist page (for example, queuedup.strongtowerai.com/join/<business>). The checkbox is specifically and only about receiving text messages from the business you are joining — it is separate from these terms and from the privacy policy, and it is unchecked until you tick it. Consent is not required to join the waitlist and is not a condition of any purchase; if you leave the box unchecked, you can still join and no texts are sent to you.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies per visit based on your place in line. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. QueuedUp does not charge for messages.
Opt out & help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all text messages. Reply CANCELto leave a specific business’s waitlist. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@strongtowerai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for details.
